Limited edition of the best Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced directly from the juice of selected olives. It is an olive oil of an intense green and fruity colour with hints of artichoke, apple and green walnut with touches of bitter and spicy characteristic of an early harvest.
For the production of this olive oil the best olive trees of the plantation have been chosen in order to produce an oil of the best quality and flavour.
Glass is the container that offers the best hygienic and safety conditions. We pack a millenary and natural product in transparent glass so that the customer can appreciate the properties of an unfiltered extra virgin olive oil.
Mainly raw, such as: salads, bread and oil, vegetables, fish or meat steamed, grilled or baked, but always afterwards, so that the raw oil in contact with the hot food enhances the aroma of the dish, and allows us to enjoy the oil as another food.
It is recommended that this type of packaging be kept away from light and preferably in cool places.
Our single-variety extra virgin olive oil Hojiblanco, has a green vegetable fruity of 7’4 (note given by a professional tasting panel), in which you can appreciate shades of artichoke, apple and green nut …, What makes the difference in this oil is its balance bitter – spicy, being a hot chili characteristic of the Hojiblanco oils. It is pleasant to taste, leaving a sensation of greenery and freshness in the mouth, making it a unique extra virgin olive oil with 0.1° acidity.
