Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced directly from the juice of selected Manzanilla Aloreña olives. It is an olive oil with an intense green color and a fruity profile, featuring hints of tomato and apple, with a slight bitterness characteristic of an early harvest.
For the production of this olive oil, the finest olive trees from our Finca del Bisabuelo have been carefully selected.
