The delivery times of our products in the peninsula are 48-72 hours from the confirmation of the order. Delivery is made through our usual transport agency. Aceites Molisur S.L.. is not responsible for any delay on the part of the transport agency in the delivery of the order.

The indicated delivery times are indicative. In the event that there is a stock outage or specific unavailability of an item, Aceites Molisur S.L. will contact you immediately to inform you of the new delivery time or, if it is not possible to serve you said product, proceed to cancel it. In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the indicated deadlines will not entitle the customer to demand any compensation.

The payment methods to formalize an order are only those detailed on the website, otherwise you can consult another method by emailing info@aceitesmolisur.com.

SATISFACTION OR RETURN

If the customer is not satisfied with their product, the maximum period to request a return is 7 calendar days from receipt of the order. In this case, the shipping and collection costs will be borne by the customer. The product must be sealed if it is a food product.

Before making said return, the customer must contact our sales department within the indicated period through info@aceitesmolisur.com, telephone number +34 952 59 49 39, where we will tell you how to proceed with the return. No refund will be made that has not been previously communicated.

In order to accept a return, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition, as well as retain all its accessories and original documentation. The item to be returned must be properly packaged for its return.

IMPORTANT:

Aceites Molisur S.L. will not refund the amount or resend any merchandise until the receipt and condition of the product, packaging and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged has been verified. The price to be returned is the one that originally appeared in the order and the amount will be refunded in accordance with the payment method made by the client.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OF ORIGIN:

Once Aceites Molisur S.L. receive the defective product will send you another one. In this case the change will always be made for the same article or reference. Only the first shipment will be invoiced, with Aceites Molisur S.L. of the shipping costs corresponding to the return and new shipment. If you wish to make an exchange for another item, the costs of the new shipment will not be assumed by Aceites Molisur S.L..

PRODUCT WHICH, BY ERROR, DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO THE ORDER:

Aceites Molisur  S.L. will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.
