Our single variety Manzanilla Aloreña extra virgin olive oil has a green fruitiness of 7′ (note given by a professional tasting panel), in which you can appreciate tones of tomato and green apple…, What makes the difference in this oil is its slight bitterness. It is pleasant on the palate, leaving a fruity sensation in the nose and mouth, which makes it a unique extra virgin olive oil with an acidity of 0.1°.
