Split and dressed olives of the Aloreña variety. Also known as “crushed olives” or “malagueñas”. These olives are characterised by being crunchy olives with a slightly bitter taste. They are preserved in brine and seasoned with natural spices such as thyme, garlic, pepper and fennel.
