Our visit begins in the area dedicated to centuries-old olive trees, with the impressive backdrop of the tallest swing in Spain, standing more than 11 metres high.

Next, you will enter the Olive Oil Museum, where you will discover how olive oil was produced more than 100 years ago in an authentic historic olive mill dating back to 1910. During the visit, this machinery will be set in motion so you can see first-hand the traditional olive oil production process.

The tour then continues through our modern factory, where you will learn how innovation and technology now allow us to produce extra virgin olive oils of the highest quality, while still preserving the essence of tradition.

You will also enjoy an introduction to olive oil tasting, during which you will sample three extra virgin olive oils made from different varieties and learn how to identify the aromas, nuances and characteristic flavours of each one.
